As a 100% employee-owned ESOP, the entirety of the company's shares are owned by its employees, giving them a direct stake in the company's success in the form of an additional retirement plan to the Aqua 401k & Profit Sharing Plan. At Aqua, employee ownership promotes a greater commitment through a shared understanding of key business disciplines and a culture of greater unity.
Employee Benefits
Our benefit package includes competitive wages and a share of approximately 50% of operating income in distributions through annual cash bonuses & retirement profit sharing contributions. The other 50% goes to employee-owners as "shareholders" through annual stock price growth.
